{"id":1076,"date":"2016-05-26T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-05-26T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/trevistg.wpenginepowered.com\/en\/2016\/05\/26\/trevi-group-foundations-division-is-awarded-new-contracts\/"},"modified":"2016-05-26T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2016-05-26T00:00:00","slug":"trevi-group-foundations-division-is-awarded-new-contracts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trevispa.com\/en\/2016\/05\/26\/trevi-group-foundations-division-is-awarded-new-contracts\/","title":{"rendered":"TREVI GROUP FOUNDATIONS DIVISION IS AWARDED NEW CONTRACTS"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Trevi with its subsidiaries has been awarded important contracts in various countries of the Middle East<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>Istanbul<\/strong> it was signed a contract for the execution of special foundations of <strong>Galata Cruise Terminal<\/strong>, a modern complex for business, real estate and luxury hotels supporting the tourism development on the Bosphorus.<\/p>\n<p>The Port of Istanbul (known as Port of Galata) is a passenger terminal for cruise ships that extends from the Galata Bridge, on the &#8220;Golden Horn&#8221;, until the Salipazari district on the European coast of the Bosphorus, across the district Karak\u00f6y. The beginning of its construction dates back to 1892, but it has been extending step by step until the current size, to meet the growing tourist demand.<\/p>\n<p>DO\u01e6U\u015e Holding (a Turkish multinational company) set up together with Bilgili Holding, the J.V. &#8220;Salipazari Liman Isletmeciligi VE Yatirimlari A.S&#8221;, which had been awarded the tender for the management of the port for 30 years. DO\u01e6U\u015e estimated an important investment, which involves the transformation of the port in an elegant full &#8220;shorefront&#8221; area of hotels, cafes, shopping centers, offices and docking space for cruise ships.<\/p>\n<p>In the UAE, Trevi has been awarded a contract for the execution of the foundations of a tower, designed by the firm of Foster + Partners, called <strong>ICD Brookfield Place<\/strong>, one of the most important real estate projects currently under construction in Dubai.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover in Emirates, Trevi division was also conferred other contracts; among them, Tiara United Towers and Mediclinic Hospital and two tower buildings in Muscat in <strong>Oman<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, it is particularly important the acquisition of a real estate expanding government project in <strong>Abu Dhabi<\/strong>.
