Working in the city center is one of the main challenges of the project, combined with the need to carry out works simultaneously in all areas and the relevant logistical needs, which add to the enormous pressure imposed by compliance with the agreed deadlines.
Thanks to the support of the Trevi Design Office, that proposed an alternative solution to the retaining wall of secant piles, Gross & Partner, one of the main German companies in the real estate sector - specialized in building development in city centers and owner of the F4 complex - has managed to obtain approval for the use of reinforced concrete diaphragm walls as retaining wall. This is the first time that the said method is adopted in the center of Frankfurt.
