The foundation elements chosen by Trevi Spa for the 4 Frankfurt project

The foundation elements chosen by Trevi Spa are bored piles whose diameter varies from 1500 to 2000 mm. Considering that the execution plan is significantly higher than that of the foundation, piles are uncased for the first 20 meters, obtaining total drilling distances of up to 50 m.

Piles are cased in the upper part of the filling: from that level onwards, they are made with drilling mud without reinforcement.

After reaching the established drilling depth, the reinforcement cage is laid and finally the pile is cemented.
