This system, with the addition of dry powdered cement binder, requires soil with a high water content, which allows the setting reaction of the binder to completely develop.
If the soil has insufficient water content, water must be introduced during the phase when the tool descends.
Operating specifications
The powdered stabilizing agent is introduced into the soil with nozzles located on the disintegrator. Normally emission occurs during the pull-up phase, with the use of dehumidified compressed air which pushes the binder through the hollow drilling rods.
Emission of compressed air or water in the descending phase facilitates the tool’s penetration and prevents digging debris from obstructing the nozzles.
Technical data
Column diameter: 400 to 800 mm
Maximum depth of treatment: 20÷25 metres depending on soil diameter and consistency.
