DEVELOPMENT OF PRIVATE ISLAND AT JUMEIRAH

2016 – Dubai, U.A.E.

The objective of this project is to complete the development of an existing private island and a related shore based marina at Jumeirah. The offshore artificial island existing off the coast of Jumeirah Third and is protected by rock revetment with no inhabitants. The island is having a submerged reef and two emerged dethatched breakwaters at the north side for beach stabilization.

The aim of the project is to develop a private resort on the above island with ancillary facilities on the shore side for private use.
