Trevi Spa is pleased to announce the victory of the prestigious Gold Award at the Annual Safety Award of the EFFC (the European Federation of Foundation Contractors), held in Rome from 3 to 5 October. This very high level recognition was awarded for the “Take Care” program, an initiative dedicated to the well-being of its workers.
During the event, the EFFC awarded the best health and safety projects developed by specialized companies operating in Europe: “Take care”, developed by the QHSE Department of Trevi Group, is aimed at preventing cardiovascular diseases and diabetes among the employees of Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A., Trevi S.p.A. and Soilmec S.p.A.. Aimed at the workers most at risk, identified during annual medical checks, the project aims to promote health and well-being both in the company and in personal life, through specific medical checks and the assistance of a nutritionist.
The EFFC, founded in 1989, is the leading federation in the foundations sector, representing over 370 leading companies in Europe and its mission is to improve standards of workmanship, technical competence, safety and innovation.
The Gold Award - which follows the recognition received from the EFFC last year for “Safety Always”, another important project of our QHSE Dept. which ranked second in the Best Innovative H&S Campaign, H&S Leadership Programs, Training Initiatives category - confirms the commitment Trevi Group's continuous promotion of health and safety at work, recognizing the excellence of our initiatives.
Let's continue to work together for an increasingly safe and healthy future.
